CC- I see where you are going with this example, and I think it can work with a tweak. CC creates simple, involuntary changes in B. Meanwhile OC creates more complex, voluntary changes in B. So that’s the first issue – the dance you talk about. If you mean some kind of happy little shudder, then maybe it would be consiidered simple and involuntary. But if you mean anything complex, that’s a voluntary B., right?
Your labels are also off. A Neutral Stimulus means that the thing initially causes no response. This must be the paper bag. Naturallly, it creates (elicits) no automatic response, right? Meanwhile, the US would be cake in your mouth, automatically causing some kind of simple, unlearned response. You can go with some kind of happy shudder, I guess. This is similar to Pavlov’s dog’s salivary response, correct? Same idea here.
Then the NS becomes the CS, and the UR becomes the CR. Let me know if that all makes sense.
OC: reticle? oh, recital? Use two paragraphs here, one for each. Also add a sentence for this first one explaining why it would be classified as positive and reinforcement. Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Involuntary for more details
take out the part about perfect attendance, you pose it as a hypotheical, and I know that one is all over online.
You only need two examples here. Since you used positive reinforcement for the first one, the 2nd should be negative pun. Your mom taking away your phone is not a reinforcement – reinforcements result in an increase in the B. It was a negative Pun. But note in the instructions I ask that you not use OC examples related to grades or your parents.
Take out the other non-personal examples, and replace the dog one with something you learned via modeling.
All these changes are doable!
